Howdy all. I start a new DBA job next week and part of it will invlove Data
Warehousing. I have no experience in DW at all and dont think there are any
shortcuts to learning it. Between now and then, what would be some good key
fundamentals for me to learn of Analysis Services? ...

Scenario:
An incident dimension table has two dates "OpenedDate" and "ClosedDate".  I

I am calling a stored proc from a DTS package in SQL 2000 using Execute SQL

We are in the beginning phases of designing a data warehouse solution, using
SSAS 2005 and .Net technologies. I know that we can use BI portals such as

the data transfert never takes more then 5% of the 1gbps bandwidth

recommended me to check out - Microsoft Open EIS Builder not sure where
we can get information on this product.
