This is a "was working yesterday" issue. On our PCs trying to connect to MSDE 2000 SP4 (via .NET SqlServer Connection object) resulted in a "timeout expired" message (using default 15 seconds timeout) This is only happening when connecting to MSDE. Full blow/developer
