I am receiving the following error in the application event log file. It only happens intermittently. The SMTP server and email addresses are valid and available at the error times in question. This error is followed by a delivery failure message.

When using Sql Cache Dependency with Sql Server 2005 it's my understanding that you should use Query Notification. My question is let's say I write a Sql statement with a WHERE clause in it. Does the cache dependency fire if only the data within that WHERE clause changes

I need to add dynamic conditions to my subscriptions. My situation is like this: Users are presented with a ad-hoc query builder and they can select upto 10 fields to put in the where clause.

When you install the NS Sample "Flight" where does it draw it's data from? I only ask because I cant figure out where the tables "Flight" it keeps querying from exist. Thanks in advanced
