My Report Parameters with Data type set to DateTime show "mm/dd/yyyy" (US) format instead of the Regional and Language Settings "dd/mm/yyy" (UK) format. When you preview the report in VS then the format is correct but when you deploy the report it displays the parameters in US ...

I am using a date time field as a report parameter. The parameter type is datetime. The language of the report is set to english - australia, the date time settings on the server are dd-mm-yy.

The first time each day that a user accesses SQL Reporting Services 2005, it takes up to 3 minutes to load the SQL Reporting web interface. After the first hit, it loads much faster. Is there a way to speed up the intial load?
