I have a setup package that I built with VS 2005. I selected three
prerequisites in the package, .Net Framework version 2.0, MSI Installer
version 3.1, and Sql Server 2005 Express Edition.
I was wondering if I can specify the SECURITYMODE and

How is it possible to create a maintenance plan in SSMS when managing a
SQL2000 server?   The "Maintenance Plans" option does not appear under
management.

We have a aerial photo database that has grown to 1TB in size.  The
backup file has out grown the space available.  The hardware folks are
adding a new LUN but it is less than 1TB in size.  But there is
additional space on another LUN.  Is there a way to write the backup

I am trying to install SQL Server 2005 Standard on Vista RTM. After providing

When installing .NET Framework x64 2.0 on a 2003 x64 either packed with SQL
2005 x64 installation or by separat downloading, it installs on C: but also
files on the largest partion available. Im my case the S: partition which
are on the SAN for the database files.

and now need to add additional components. The original install file bombs
with an error stating you need to use "Add/Remove Programs" to install
